Doc I'm In A Cab Thats 36Lx21Wx65H Im Running A 400 CMH In A Super Sun.Ive Had Leggs Frenching Kissing My Glass With No Bleaching Or Burning. My Glass Is Warm To The Touch.Plus Im Running 2 42 Watt 65k Cfl's For Side Lighting.Runts Tips Are Still Yellow After I Bump Up Her Ppm We Will See If She Comes Out Of It.I Too Thought It Was A Nitrogen Deficency.Peace And Hair Greasewow dawgie dawg, you have a lot going on in your beautiful garden.
i think your plants look super healthy. they are getting so tall. the yellowing on the tips is prob nitrogen deficency.
What i have learned about light height to the plants is dependant on strain . some strains will get leaf burn and bleaching more than others if the light is too close.
BUT if you want to stop the stretch your light needs to be close. I think 4 inches is way way too close. i would back it off .
Let me go find my light distance chart for you.. and i will post it for you.
also when you think about your light height do you look at how the light is projecting in the entire tent.. is it hitting all of your plants?
Thanks Doc.I Have Pic Out A Few W/F Grows And I Study Them And Learn From My Mistakes.Me And My Ladies Take Bong Hits Everyday Peace And Hair GreaseEverything looking good.Your a fantastic gardener. and Remember Stay calm and Hit the bong. Peace and pussy hair grease.
Thanks For Looking In Daytz.I Also Thought That The Lower Water Level Was Causing My Ppm's To Rise.I Will Continue To Monitor My Ppm's.Peace And Hair Grease.Hey Dawg - it sounds to me like she's just eating alot as well as drinking. Keep in mind that if it drinks more than it eats, and you test the rez when the water-level is low, the ppm may be higher.
Me To Forget. But My Ppm's Were Droping Like Mad Before My First Add Back Gallon Was Used And I Was Getting Cal/Mag Along With Nitrogen Defenciy,Do You Experince Any Of These Problems In Your Grow's.Peace And hair Grease.i pretty much just measure my nutes before my first add back if they have dropped i can go higher and if the rise i need to go lower etc. anything after u add r/o water wont give u a true figure because u have diluted the res.
i also follow scottyballs rule of only adding back r/o water and u measure your add backs so once u have added back enough to fully fill the res its time for a res change and u can make any necessary adjustments.
thats just how i interpreted scottyballs journal it works for me, i hope it helps
