Water+Nutrients- How long can it sit?

Hello,

Im pretty new to indoor growing... my plants are just starting to get their first leavs and im about to start feeding it... my question is this, when i add food to water, I need to make a minimum of 2L water to the solution... this leaves me with quite a bit of water left over after watering as i only have 2 young plants... so can i just leave the water sitting there with the nutrients and waiting for the next time i need to water the plant?

or does that affect the quality of the water?

Thanx
