Water of Life

So Back up in the woods on top of a hill .................Theres a man who told me some crazy philosophy On water ....He belives in pressurizing his water in 2 litter bottles off subject but he rambled for a while about how strong a 2 litter bottle was ....i asked around some people said that pressurizing might increase o2 of your water ? any thougts on that ..............Than he also said somthing about how he sticks his water out in the sun and lets light shine on it and was supposed do somthing amazing as well any old school growers herd or rember why you do that ? Would the sun or does the sun change water at all ...

Well, if you leave the lid off, eventually all possible chlorine would be gone, the water would be nice and toasty, and chlorophyll/bacteria life could start if there's any traces of life in the water.
If you have lively water, but it would probly be better and easier to pick out your beneficial bacteria from products unless I'm mistaken?

All I know is that whenever I empty a fish tank or take rocks and stuff out of it, I leave them in the sun for a while to "bleach" out and sterilize themselves.

Sun would not make it hot enough to kill bacteria beneficial or non. There is no way the sun would pressurize the bottle or add anything to the water. The water will get warm, that's it. Warm water will expand a little (maybe that's the pressure he thinks is getting in the water? haha) will not add O2 to the water.

the heat doesnt kill the bacteria the uv rays do (could promote algae though)... pressurizing the water would only work if you watered you plants in the same conditions- at some diff pressure. but once you open the bottle the added 02 comes out in equilibrium. it sounds like a hippy ritual.

I don't see how pressure could build up with the lid off...
If you leave water in the sun, life starts....
Algae is some of the beginning, and if you take a magnifying glass, you'll see some tiny shit after a while.
Go ahead and take a glass of water, put a small peace of lettuce in it, and leave it in a windowsill or your grow room in the light.

It's pretty cool honestly.

Water + Sunlight = life. All I'm gonna say.

In square foot gardening (yes there are other plants), its recommended to leave the water out to warm. Just to warm, his theory is that the cold water is a bit of a shock. That simple.
