oh ok. i was already feeding every watering but i wanted to find out if im supposed to be feeding every watering.dont wanna kill my girls.im just using peatmoss and pearlite with a little bat guano i mixed in 0-5-0 in a 2gallon pot girls stand at two feet.im just gonna keep them in the 2 gallon pot.thanks for the info.It depends on what your soil already contains for nutrients...if your soil is already chock full of nutes, then adding more is just going to give you an overabundance and cause lockout/salt issues. If you are working with a good potting soil + perlite mixture it usually has quite a bit of nutrients already in the soil, so doing a feed/water/feed method is preferable, but as she really starts to bloom if your pot size is not large enough you'll find you'll need to feed every watering...
So as you can see it depends on your conditions as to how you feed/water them...soil conditions vary widely so you have to compensate
Did you put any lime in that mix? If not, you may run into pH issues. Peat moss is really acidic as it breaks down. You need something to buffer the pH and keep it more stable throughout the grow. Dolomite lime is a good source of Calcium and Magnesium as well, which cannabis uses a LOT of both of those secondary nutrients!
