I just got home from work and noticed my plant needs water..the lights go off soon. Is she gonna be ok through the night without water?

Why not just water it, or them?
In the time it took you to post this, you could have done so. Regardless, unless it's been a week or so and it's on death's door, a few hours probably won't matter much.

In soil it needs water every 2-3 days at first. So watering befor lights out will do no harm. Water now and your good. But from now on try and do it with lights on. Better uptake of the needs nutes.

If she is dry it's time. A small pot will dry out soon in flower. In my hydro system my plants take up a gallon of water a day in late flower. So in late flower you might need to water twice a day. And it's water feed water water water feed water.

I wouldn't worry too much Frame - tho as others said, watering when lights come on is best. And mostly, i'd say if ever ur not sure about watering or feeding, then generally speaking less is best - i'd say the plants will forgive & still function better with less than they will when having to deal with more; plus its far easier to spot & solve any underwater/feed issues than it is overwater/feed ones.

Also, just to say, don't worry about thinking ur messing up not following some imaginary timetable. Its good to have regularity certainly, but plants are quite forgiving of an odd interruption. And certainly there is the potential to do a plant more damage by devotedly sticking to a set regime; ideally any sort of watering, feeding, pruning (etc) timetable should only be a loose background with the priority put more on what the plant looks like it needs or how it looks overall.

If it looks cool & healthy & is growing steady then ur doing fine - just growing something healthy before harvest is good practice before u start on growing supermen! (or superwomen i guess!)

A simple thing I do for soil is. ( well only works till 5 gallon pots) is water the day befor transplanting. Then place in new pot. Remember how heavy it is with dry soil. Then water and see the difference. If it's closer to the light side I water. If it's closer to the heavy side I don't. There is no timeline to fallow. And nice use of water nazi. Stinfeld watcher?

Ya I got a 5 gl pot. She was ok with the amount of water. She def needs more water from now on. I'll weight the pot from now on.

In soil you dont want to let the medium get too dry or you adversely affect the microbiology. If they are as dry as you say then I would water asap if I were you...
