Water soluble food with top dressing

Can using both methods at the same time cause too much nutrients or is there any benefits? Right now I am only using Miracle grow 24-8-16, but am thinking of adding Stepwell top dressing.

Stop using miracle grow it is not for bud go get you some good organic fertilizer or hydroponic fertilizer from your local grow store. Trop top dressing and liquid nutrients can be used together I've used them together with roots organics by Aurora innovations great stuff together just follow directions and everything is good but I highly advise getting something different than miracle grow.
