If you can @ all go ahead and get them planted indoors, they start slowly.
i put them in a paper towel untill it gets half an inch out of the seed and drop em in the soil thats been watered well for an hour before.
then water them when they are dry to the touch.

dont give them nutes untill @ least their 4th node.
and foxfarms is a good general brand of nutes.

read everything u can here GrowFAQ

once i have put the seed in the ground do i have to water in right away or wait until it is dry like u ssaid, and when u say sry do u mean the soil or the plant? im guessing the soil but u can never be to sure. and what does node mean?.

water well one time before you put the seed in. you should fill the pot most of the way full then soak the dirt then add the seeds and cover with light soil.
after that do what relentless said.
a node is the set of leaves that go opposite from the last ones. they grow symetrically and the portions are nodes.

yes the seeds need to have lot of moisture to crack
with no light at all
so in soil and wet
is what u want
then u need to water when it gets dry and feel light
