watering/feeding

I keep hearing everyone say they only feed nutes every 2-3 waterings, and do 1/4 - 1/2 strength of nutes. Does that depend on what you use? I've been using dyna-gro/dyna-bloom, and I feed with nutes every time I water at full strength and all my plants look healthy and great...
I use syna-gro during veg and switch to half gro, half bloom for first few weeks of flowering, then switch over to bloom.

their 2 months old and nothing yet. Three in flowering, day 5, over 2 feet tall, vegged for about 6 weeks. Seedlings are 6 weeks old, over a foot with multiple nodes. Blue dream clones are three weeks old, 13-18inches tall, healthy green and still growing. This is my 8th grow, and I've never had problems. Got 2 ounces a plant last grow.

I water til theres a little run off. Maybe its cause I do less water but more often?

I feed with every water, every other day, but personally I only do about 1/3 strength. I am on my first grow and if I were going for vertical growth, I feel I could get your results with much less nutes equaling much less money and a more natural grow. To each their own though is what I say.

If you water well enough each time than salt build up should never really be an issue.

The strength of nutes is completely strain dependant. Yes you can grow amazing plants with less nutes, same with more nutes, but your aiming for optimal ratios per plant. Usually landing in the "about" area which will work for most genetic variables of the strain. Learn to Adapt.

IMO most nute companies are around the same. Doesnt matter which brand you use to a degree. Though everyone has there favorites. I like EJ. What really matters is yo NPK//micro ratio. As long as that plant is getting what it needs in good conditions with light and co2, Itll grow just fine.

I use dyna-gro, which apparently has all 16 micro and macro nutrients.
