watering...NEED HELP!

I'm growing outdoors...

Is it good to leave water out over night? I'm concerned about my chlorine level. I read it's important to have chlorine but too much can be bad.

leaving a bucket out 24 hours is excellent since it gives the chlorine a chance to evaporate. overnight will allow some to evaporate, but imo, 24 hours minimum.
