Watering Under the Flowerpot

Hello
there's some Amnesia in my small flower room with 4 hps 600watt lamps
I use plagron terra bloom and grow sensation
Growing in soil and the way I feed them it's like I water them under the flowerpot
Have some yellow leaves with brown spots on them, I think its overfeeding

should I give them less nuts and give them once fresh water?
any suggest I will appreciate
 
What's you ec/ ph of water?
Ppms/ec of nutes when mixed?
Clear pics without hps on is better, even a flash with lights off.
See plant color the best without hps on.
More info the better, light distance, temp humidity, etc etc.
 
ec is 1.6 ph is 5.9 - 6.3 water mixed w nuts
fresh water has ph 6.5 ppm 265
and its 3th week of flowering
I'm living in EU and the water has chlorine
so should I fill the tank 2 days before feeding my plants?

oh..here u have
in the previous post
 
25-26 C° 50-60% humidity
lamp distance is approxi 60sm
veg was perfect
I lollipoped them on the 2nd week of flower
didn't toped them idk why lol
