i was told that the sun/shade leaves begining to droop down is a sign that the plants need to be watered, i am just wondering if this is correct simply because it is what i have been doing??

i have noticed that after i water the sun leaves the top sprouts begin to look a little droopy, they come out of it within a few hours maybe 4 or 5, but i am just wondering if this normal plant signs or if this can be causing any kind of stress of the plants

they do the same thing when you over water or under water. so be careful.
wait until your soil is dry before you feed.

i normally check the soil with a toothpick before i water, but latly a day or two before they are schduled to be watered they begin to droop down a little, so i am thinking becuase they are growing faster and have more light, plus with the extended amount of light they receive they are just useing the water faster? and i have n=been told feeding them every other time is the way to do it
