wats going on? can i cut down yet?

i need help im in my 7th week of flowering not to sure if i should cut down things got a little shaky with the light cycle for like two days but been on track ever since ive messed around with different nutrients but i always flowed instructions can some give there opinion its my first time getting this far and ive been around the block a couple times first time getting females and ive been reading alot off books help asap and im not sure if their milky white but they look like they are they seem to be turning a little brown heres a couple pics

400 watt hps
i started with 125 cfl any pointers
been using general hydroponics and jacks clasics

Seven weeks? Wait 2 weeks and post your pictures. In the mean time do some more reading.

when did you start using the 400w? Temps? Nute break down (ratio, micro, bloom, etc)

I use very similar nutes, but i use a 600w mh. Your pics look roughly where i would be at around 3 weeks in flower.

tempz are around 73 i started using the 400 watt at beginning of flower stage if i remember correctly i changed the cycle at like the 24th day of veggie stage
and yes ill keep on reading ive been trying to correct what i think is a magnesum problem but not to sure whats happening at the moment seems to be growing pretty slow do you think my pot is to small
