Ways to avoid female seeds becoming hermie

I've read a few articles, but what are the best steps to take to avoid turning feminized seeds into hermies. I'm asking because I have some feminized seeds that are looking great but my timer took a dump so the light cycle was thrown off for a few days. I know that stress is a good cause to turn your babies into men hahaha. Will I be ok, and if so what other steps can you take to ensure that my girls balls dont drop:mrgreen:

There is a spray that is called Reverse that some people have had some luck with forcing the male flowers to stop. Also, you can pluck off any that form.

Just do everything else right and cross your fingers. They are most tender during flowering.

I just pulled some Snow Whites that went hermie. I don't think it was stress with them, they were babies, and the other plants in the room are doing fine, just a problem with the strain I think.

It's a shame to, she they were already getting coated with trichromes. It hurt to up her, but I will still smoke her premature and all.

for me if it happens it happens. i'lltake the seeds any day.... a little seed never hurt nothing....:blsmoke:
