Weather climate!

I am currently doing an outdoor grow and after the successful off my babies being born I am now worrying about the weather itself, its not raining and it's not beyond cold, its just cloudy with the odd patches off sun that strikes once every so many hours,

Would the cloudy days in this stage off its life effect the seedling stage?
I'm not growing autos, so if i can grow feminised seeds, I could possibly recover it?

If you can, you should bring them inside and put them under a t5 hood for a month or two. Mimic the sunrise and sunset with your lights until you start introducing them to the outside. You can also use the 23w "daylight", 6500k CFLs. Use a few of them and try to keep them between 3" to 6" above, and/or around the plants. The CFLs only have about 6" of effective light, but they run fairly cool, and they won't burn your plants. The ballast on the base of the light will get hot, so you still need a little exhaust.

I am in the western hemisphere.
As you stated the days are to short for them to be outside, what about on the windowsill?
They seem to be doing alright on there, no signs of stretching or any problems, the soil is drying up and not remaining damp, they seem to look healthy.

I honestly have zero funds to purchase any form of lightning system so T5s won't be available for me, I have been thinking about purchasing them at some point, plus with everything happening now, deliveries will be delayed.

If this seedling stage still maintains its health look and growth on the windowsill, will they be able to recover in the veg stage? They emerged 2 days ago a few hours after this post. kinda put them out earlier then expect and we are getting more of the sun in approx a 2 weeks

Thanks for the replies :)
