Well damn. I gotta say I'm at a loss bud. All the usual suspects are getting ruled out here. You had good temps, good humidity and good air exhaust it looks like. Was there a fan moving the air inside the cabinet besides the exhaust fan? Other than that, mold spores are airborne and they can get out of hand if not caught early enough. The first sign of a white spot, you need to get out a scope and take a good look. If it's fuzzy, it gets cut out and the surrounding area gets a peroxide spritz to kill any other spores lingering around. Then you need to decide if you're going to chop or be super vigilant for more outbreaks over the rest of the cycle. It sucks to lose a big bud like that, but don't take the chance of ingesting mold into your lungs. Just toss it.

That cola is trash. Chop that stuff now. Tomorrow you'll probably find some more somewhere else on the plant if you look. The leaves are all dying and you're getting dead nasty material creeping into the buds. It sucks but that's the way it is. There's no coming back from bud rot once you have it. It spreads inside the bud and you can't see it until it pops up somewhere on the exterior of the bud.

It will continue to grow after chopping deep inside parts that look fine. You might dry it and think it's ok but if you break open a bud you'll find what looks like trichomes with tiny head and long stems.

You'll need to do a bud wash and then fan dry after you harvest to kill the mold spores that are all over the plant. I wouldn't bother myself but I'm not lacking for weed so if you really need some cannabis then chop, wash, dry.
