Well damn. I gotta say I'm at a loss bud. All the usual suspects are getting ruled out here. You had good temps, good humidity and good air exhaust it looks like. Was there a fan moving the air inside the cabinet besides the exhaust fan? Other than that, mold spores are airborne and they can get out of hand if not caught early enough. The first sign of a white spot, you need to get out a scope and take a good look. If it's fuzzy, it gets cut out and the surrounding area gets a peroxide spritz to kill any other spores lingering around. Then you need to decide if you're going to chop or be super vigilant for more outbreaks over the rest of the cycle. It sucks to lose a big bud like that, but don't take the chance of ingesting mold into your lungs. Just toss it.
