Webbs 600w Grow tent

Hi all heres my grow tent. Tell me what you think any advice or tips are welcome.

100x100x180cm Budbox Grow tent


600w Duel spec HPS with Maxi-bright compact ballast.


6inch 470m3h Temp controlled fan with carbon filter for Outtake, 4inch for intake (also have a passive vent open) and a 12inch desk fan


Medium: Plagron Light Mix soil
Nutrients: Biobizz: Grow. bloom. Heaven
Temps: 86F day 68f night

I have 4 plants, Super silver cheese (SSC), special K (SK), LSD, Fruity Chronic Juice (FCJ).

Both SSC and SK are 22 days Into flower, They were both veged for a month Under a 125w CFL, SK started off very slow but has now picked up. SSC Streched Like hell in the first 2 weeks into 12/12. They are both in 20L pots.

SSC: 38inches tall


Also there is a bit of leaf curl on this plant, any one got any ideas what may be causing this?

SK: 21inches tall


Heres a pic comparing the size of SSC and SK both the same age.


My LSD and FCJ are 3 weeks into Veg. I have them in the tent while the HPS is on then i put them in a closet with a 125w cfl for the rest of the veging cicle.

LSD: 8inches


FCJ: 9 inches

everything looks good to me, plants look healthy and green, i want your carbon scrubber..lol

Yeh its huge lol, I just revived my cool hood yesterday and got that set up, Ive just transplanted the LSD and Fruity Chronic juice into 20L pots and they both are now on 12/12. Ill post some pics later on today.

webb you will realy like that vented hood. can get close with a vented light. the ssc may me getting a little too much water. whats your routine and amounts.

Ye the air cooled hood is amazing got it about 6inches from the top of SSC i can even put my hand on the glass and it dosnt burn my hand

Heres the long awaited update, sorry for delay. Got my cool hood up and running temps are amazing at 24-27c and RH at 40%-45%.

webb glad u found your cable, where was it in the case lmao. i say that cause mine was one time and didnt see...
those girls are looking mighty healthy, be carefull with that light. even with air they radiate a lot of heat over time, i dont like to get mine closer than a foot or so. besides i loose my footprint if i get any closer. at 16in i get a good 4x4 footprint, thats my tent size.
but good job, post some while they are sittin back in the tent lol

I can Put my hand on the glass for like 5mins (didn't try longer got bored) without it burning and the coverage is perfect they seem to love the way it is.There is a pic of the plants in the tent at the bottom.Ill keep you posted

ok i see them, was under the hps so was kinda fuzzy but i see now.
you must have a lot of air going through your light, ive a speed adjuster on mine and its running about 30% 24/7. keeps my temps where i want them and exchanges tent rather quickly. i have got a 6in vortex sitting on top of tent, and a 6in intake duct pointed up from under the plants. seems to be doing just what i want.

I have a 6inch temp controlled fan hits 475m3/h I have 1 4inch intake i also have 1 of the passive intake vents open for now but i plant on getting another 4inch intake then closing the passive vent. What do your temps get like?

im consistant at 65 or 68 lights off and 76 or 77 lights on. im in a unheated garage and only exchange within that room. no external other than side door open once and a while. ive got a oil heater set on low for lights off. just a little warmth to keep the girls from getting a chill lol
look at my set up on first couple pages of my journal.

Started to give the SSC and SK molasses today. I like to start giving them molasses on the start of the 6th week then i use it right up until harvest. 8th week gets just water and molasses with no nutes.

webb just what do the molasis do/provide? oh! check out my last couple post in my journal, having a problem, think it is figured out but give a look see and see if you think we are spot on or what.
yea the system has been easy for a first timer like myself, only problems ive had are typ newbee mistakes but thats learning i guess.
your plants are looking sweet, nice and frosty. the up and comming plants look rather happy too.
wouldnt mind trying that ssc,how long you veg that lady?

Molasses help the micro nutrients in the soil, This results in denser buds. The SSC was veged for a month as was the SK they are both the same age, I dont know why the SSC got so big but im not complaining

yesterday i found a few pollen sacs developing on my super silver cheese so i chopped it straight away with no hesitation. For permiture bud it isnt all that bad but i wish it was still in there tho. Ill update on the other 3 on friday

Heres My special K its coming to the 6th week tomorrow, it seems to be packing on the bud nicely.


Heres the LSD and the FCJ there both coming to the end of there 2nd week in flowering. The LSD really responded well to topping as you can see its bushy as hell. Also the FCJ has responded well with very tight node spacing.
