Weed in the Streets?

I don't know if anyone has heard of this, but I heard some thing online that was a call to action for smokers to save the bag seed they get, or take seeds they aren't using, and plant them somewhere public, idea being if we all did it, weed would start growing all over the place randomly. I thought it was interesting.

It's cool until you try to be sneaky and grow one outdoors and it gets pollinated. Marijuana pollen can travel up to 2 miles on wind.
