Has anyone tried coffee grounds ive read alot but havnt heard any firsthand experience. Im gonna make a little thing im gonna mix some soil some eggshells and sofe coffee on top anyone think this is a good idea let me know before i try im gonna put that mixture on top of the cup im growing it in its in an indoor growbox plz help

Not coffee the grounds after you make it theres the shit left in the filter just look it up i did i saw people talking about it but i need to know if it really works

My dad back in the day used coffee ground and egg shells like you were talking about and he swear by it... That being said using anything you don't know what the constituent parts of that you plan to use and how those parts affect your soil or whatever growing medium is probably a bad idea which is why more often then not people choose to buy their amendments to their grow mediums.

Thanks, i have done alot of research but i dont like to trust the internet on everything Im gonna wait 20 more min and unless i find anything game changing im adding it to the top of my soil i already have the shells crushed and the grounds are drying out

Kinda nervose because my plant it an autoflower its about a month old and SHE is georgeous but the tips are getting yellow from the bottom up

If you're unsure about coffee grounds, spent tea leaves are a tried and trusted one. Same application, just chuck em on top of the soil and water.

The coffe grounds are supposed to be USED. Dont make coffe and use it as a fert. What you do is sprinkle the USED coffe grounds around your grow area. The eggshells i guess work as a PH buffer since the calcium would take for ever to get absorbs. I mean if its that bad just get a tiny bag of feed for like a dollar. I see them everywhere. Organic and all aswell. Good luck

Organic doesnt mean you dont feed it nutrients. Its how those nutrients are created that make it an "organic" grow. As well as your medium of choice. Prepare nextime and you wont have these problems. All plants need food.

Yeah that totaly looks like an unbalanced PH to me. Its gettin pale so its not sucking up enough nutrients as well. You need to get a way to check the PH of the soil.
