If you are talking about the potting soil, it will work but isn't the best choice. That potting soil already has nutes in it, so don't feed any other ferts if you use this. Again it's not the best npk ratio but it will grow bud.
Thanks for ur help! I guess I'll just get rid of the plant that I have and start on a new one! Hopefully this time I get some progress!

You need to spend a few hundred a get a nice 1000 watt setup, and also learn how to top, if you see my plants before they were very skinny with only half oz to a oz on each plant, now I should yield triple that a minimum.

600 watts is more efficent. pluse 1000 watts isnt going to garentie you get huge nuges you still have to grow the plant properly in the right condidtions

i use a 1000 watt hps lamp though i wish i would have just gotten 2 600watt because they are more effiecent so you can light up more plants. im still happy as hell with my set up though frosty nugs :)

Hi, first timer here. Ive just flipped my 5 girls over to 12/12 only to find out 1 of the 2 biggest bushiest plants was male so was removed. There is one other dominant plant in my g/r the rest (3) are very skinny flimsy and tall, im guesssing because of the lack of light to the bottom half of the plants due to the male being so big, which brings me to my question "is there a way (now that ive started flowering) to bush out the scraggy stretched looking plants"? Also im using a 400w hps with cooltube.
