Weed seedling has two growths?

I planted this on the 21'st

If you look at the picture you can see a green thing that looks like grass sticking out at the back of the cup - what is it?

Btw, does my plant look stretched? (it's 6.5 cm tall)

Very stretched. Just pull out the grass, just had seeds in your soil that probably didn't get composted to death.

When you replant make sure to plant an inch of the stalk under ground in the new pot and you should be good assuming it holds up til then.

Are you sure it's grass? It's horse manure so I don't think there would be a grass seed and i'm scarred it might be a root.

Also, it's a sativa dominant (60/40) does it still seem stretched for a sativa plant?

My 60/40 Sativa dominant so yes. Just pull that grass out it has no business being in there.

Bigger lights or bring the lights closer. Plants will tend to stretch more with CFL's than an HPS/MH but there should at least be leaves visible in that pic, not just a big long stalk. With CFL's i think they need to be a couple of inches from the plant, but make sure they're not gonna get burned. Is that 60w for real or 60w equivalent? I like the 125w envirolight CFL's, they seem to do a pretty damned good job and only a small amount of stretching even when 12 inches or more away.

With CFL's get as much as you can and I have them practically touching the plant as long as you have airflow.
