WEEK 10. RE-VEGG.what to do?

In week 10 since SWITCH. Got a plant that is kinda stalling and i think its re-vegging due to light leak from a window thru the screen.

This plant went thru hell this grow. I forgot to lower the light at 12/12 switch and then terribly underwatered it. Been yellowing since week 2.

What to you do in this case? Harvest or wait?

The top nug is slowly getting hard. The rest of the kolas. look like theyre stalling and not really developing. Still many white calyxes.
