Big bus nutes only the main two no enhancers (yet) and roots organics soil under two 1000w metal halides

Okay, I'm confused, and I'm a girl, so what are you saying? 4 weeks since you planted or 4 weeks you've been in veg?

Today is 35 day from planting my germinated seed

Spindly stem can be strain specific , I grow AUTO/ Hybrids and get thin , bushy ,squatty or whatever the strain will do. I could have LST this one but it always stays within 24-26" tall anyways. CFL can produce some nice results. Go with a mixed spectrum of bulbs , trust me.
