I have a 5x5 3 blue dream plants in 10 gallon pots
They are 8 nods high now on week 5 they are short.
what should I be doing for trimming and training?
Are 2 spectrolux 400w led good at what height and how long shld I set the hours?

I think you're a little late to the party. I may have begun training them at least a week ago. One of those plants is very tall.

Also, one of those pots is not 10 gallons.
