Week 5 flowering. Tip burn, yellow leaves and purple stems still!!

Hey,

Just hitting the middle of week 5 of flowering on my Thai Stick. She’s had purplish stems since she sprouted which depending on where you do your research is either nothing to worry about or a sign of sinister goings on. She's also got yellowing leaves and burned leaf tips to go with it!
It started with a few burnt tips at which point I cut down on the nutes but that developed into yellowing leaves which I took to be a sign of a hungry plant so a few days ago I did a complete flush and finished with a 3/4 strength nute feed (Canna Flora, PH 6.5 with standard tap water and a 1/4 strength dash of seaweed for good measure. Growing in soil).
Having a look today it looks like if anything the two problems have got worse. More burned tips and more yellowing leaves.

Apart from all this the buds seem to be developing OK (albeit still quite light and fluffy), pistils are still nearly 100% white but I'm afraid at this rate I'll run out of leaves before harvest! Trichomes are starting to show themselves and to the naked eye she's starting to get a tiny bit frosty.

All the research I've done has given me conflicting info about the cause of these issues. Yellow leaves = feed her up. Burnt tips = back off on the nutes.......

Any ideas out there?

Your pictures didn't upload.

More info would help,
Hydro or soil? If you're hydro then your ph is way way wayyyyy to high.
Plus your water needs to either be filtered or sat and bubbled for a minimum of 12 hours before it goes in the system to rid it of chlorine.
Chlorine binds with feeds and creates sodium chloride, gets stuck to your roots and stops any further uptake of nutrients.

Photos please. And more info on medium, canna feed ppm and type -(hydro or soil, hard water or soft), system, lights, environment, RH, etc etc. . Can't possibly pin point anything without either.
You need to provide as much information and photos as possible.

Hey mate, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can load up photos yet. I’m too much of a newbie and need to do a few more posts before they’ll let me.

I’m growing in soil. In 4 or 5 gallon pot.
Running 1 x 600w LED panel and 1 x 150w UFO LED. Running a couple of fan, one extractor and one ambient for air movement.
Water around here is generally pretty hard. Leave terrible deposits on everything (shower, kettle etc)
Canna Flora (soil version) I’m just mixing up as per guidelines and increasing/reducing as I thought the plant required. Around 5ml per litre is what they recommend.

Apart from that I can’t really tell you much more, mate.
First grow so I’m not all over it just yet!;-)

pH def? id try feed/flush with lower pH. never done soil but 6.0-6.2 is the range?
Thanks mate. Did another flush today with 5 gallons of PH’d water @ 6.2 followed by some nutes.
Will keep an eye on her for a day or two and report back.
Can almost post pics here now (just need one more like) and when I can I got some good shots today. Once I get her out of the grow cupboard and looked from above she actually looked healthier than I thought. May be panicking about nothing!;-)
