Week 7/8 please help!

Soil grow outside. Seems like at night with my lights in the garage there where more spittlebugs around so I set up these lights in my closet 7 CFL 23w for veg. Running lights 24hrs to keep it in veg to get alittle bigger. But the bottom leaves are starting to turn alittle yellow, if anyone could help me out. Let me know if you need more info sorry I'm driving

Regardless. Medium? Nutrients you're using? pH of the water/nutrient solution?

Well not driving actually in lowes with the wife.. that's just as worse

Started off with miracle grow yellow bag(dont laugh) and I think it's too late to transplant another last 2/3 weeks I've been putting foxfarm soil on top when I water the soil it sinks down. It's in a lowes 5 gallon bucket. That's all my nutes. And about to test PH now

Just using this soil on top not the liquid, I was told that's all I need since 3/4 soil is miracle grow and 1/4 is foxfarm

Cant find a PH test pen anywhere but I did pick up the strips and the PH seems like its between 6.0 and 7.0 whatcha guys think? And I know the strips aren't always spot on.
