There is most likely fertilizer in the soil. Going through the same problems. Drain the hell out of it or transplant into plain soil

Anything with that much bark in it has got to be too acidic. My guess is that you pH is way acidic. -my 2 cents

eather way to much fert in the soil of the soil is way to acidic like if it came from under a pine tree... flush the soil asap but your main problum now is you stunted the growth right out the gate if thy can recoup thy will take atleast a few weeks to show signs that all is well again, iv been down this road my self man tuff stuff but u live and you learn

A lot easier to mix in 33% perlite or river sand
fill the cup to with 1/4" of the brim
to dilute these hot soils effects, then water well,
you can still do it, but be very gentle,
use air temperate water to flush too

Red stem is saying shes cold direct fan off to the side
light is a T8? so lower to one and half inches
adjust daily remove diffuser
ensure you have a balance of 2700k and 6500k

Vinegar or lemon juice does the trick.
Mix some dolomite of lime and perlite into your Happy Frog before you pot up.
The lime hels stabilise your ph.

Use the vinegar/lemon juice to get the ph of your next watering down.
It will be trial and error so just add a drop or two, then test.
You could do with a ph meter.
