ok! these bugs are black and white. i just seen them under a 60x-100x magnifier. i just picked up some Lady Bugs and some Mighty Wash. what are these bugs? and how can i eradicate them?? soapy water seems to work a little bit but i need something a little more hardcore. i have Lady Bugs and Mighty Wash on hand and ready to go. what should i try first? what are these pests???

i've had mites, they are a scary sight at a grow
haven't heard of black and white mites, i'd say you might have something else
but there are lot of mite types

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! and they walk with their ass in the air! and their babies are a solid color. i haven't scoped them in the scope yet, first round gave me a nasty headache. maybe a i need something a little less magnifying. but my head hurts bad right now. i want to say thats them. they are leaving little black "resin" looking spots on my leafs. and the leafs also have some other looking problems on them from them im sure. will Mighty Wash help me? or will the Mighty Wash only work with mites? will the Lady Bugs work on these fuckers??

i do not think these bugs are "good bugs" they are destroying leafs on the bottom and leaving resin looking drops on my leafs. its rather disturbing!

im not finding any research if Mighty Wash will work. but im hearing the Azarmak (or something) works really well. i need to know soon, im tripping out!!

you did get me interested, so i read a bit more
the black spots on the leaf sound like what you might see with aphids, they crap sugar syrup, and black moldy spots appear

ok. i will get some pics of the leafs up soon. will the Mighty Wash work? thanks for showing interest, highly appreciated!!

pics are good, i really have no idea what you have going on here, just some guesses
i did see pics of the pirate bugs(?) mentioned previously, seems to be the most common tiny bug that has a black and white color

its odd cause i dont see jack sit in the soil. them fungus gnats, sorry im a little faded, is that what were calling them, lets just call them the little faukers!! these little faukers are not in the soil. the descriptions of them gnats say they burrow in the soil. ive never seen anything in the soil. i have 3 options i can get on tonight, and if i need the Azamax, then it will have to wait til tomorrow.

fungus gnats are tiny and black, i've had them from time to time, some say they can cause damage
i've never seen too much harm from them, and they don't affect leaves, at least not that i've seen

maybe the pirate bug is an indication of a bigger problem. Check your drainage for eggs or larvae and the underside of your leaves for mites, eggs, ect.
