Weird Droop in my Leaves PICS

i think it might be overwatering? but not 100% sure can someone please chime in and let me know i tried looking up a lot of different things online as well and i learned a lot but still can't figure if its over or under. or something random. should i move them to a bigger pot now as well?

ok update. Plant leaves are all the way down now :/ completely drooped to the cup. someone please help

it was underwatering.. i had 2 plants doing the exact same so i gave water to one and it perked perfectly right up!
