Weird Flower

Okay, I have never seen this. I have 1 plant that has what appears to be a single flower coming from the top of a few buds.
Looks like the 2 very first rounded leaves that happen when the plant first starts, but yellow in color. And closed like it's about to bloom.
No camera for pics, sorry.
Any Ideas?

You sure it's not a nanner. Pictures tell a thousand words to so it's kinda hard to tell for sure without visual aid.

It is about 1 week from harvest, so it is a mature female obviously :)
I have no idea what a nanner is. The thing has rounded petals like the first sign from the plant, but yellowish. I tore on off and it just not anything I have seen before. I have a very old Kodak digital I got when I used to be an early adapter. I will see If I can get pics up.

yea it sounds like a hermie to me.. but not a bad one, if it only has one male flower on it thats not too bad. ive had some with about 10-15 yellow flowers all over it (a 15" tall plant) and one like yours with only one i could see. i harvested before they could release a shitload of pollen but thats up to you. like i said if its only one you can see try and pinch it off with your finger and dont shake the pollen everywhere.

I have never seen one show hermie at week 7 in the flower stage.
I just went and checked the one I pulled yesterday and it had 2 also. I'll still get high on this I hope?
I always could spot them right away at first sign of sex. It is shit seed from a neighbor. I won't be using that seed again.
Got some med seeds from a friend. He said they are called "88" ?
I guess his friend sent them northeast from Cal because everyone is gowing out there, and he can't give the shit away. It was pretty strong stuff. A little couchy for me but I will not let them ripen like that.

Yeah just be sure to pluck them and keep a close eye for any others that pop out and you should be okay.

yea those are hermies.. and from my expeierinces (no veteran by any means) any hermies i had showed towards the end of flowering. you know it looks all female untill maybe the last 2-3 weeks then the male flowers start popping up.

my hermies got me blazed as fuck so i dont think that it reduces potency at all. the only thing im even a little worried about is smoking the pollen. but if you can pluck off all the yellow flowers you should be alright. like i said im only a LITTLE worried about that. but not enough to throw any out.

Alright, I cut it. Now here was my reasoning in my head.
I know where this strain came from. And I Always wondered why sometimes there were these tiny undeveloped seeds in the weed.
Now I think I know. These damn prominent hermies are splattering all over just before harvest, and causing this. I don't think there is time enough to harvest that the seeds can mature.
This is just a theory in my head right now.
The guy would get sick of me bitchen about these tiny seeds in the free weed he was offering me. You couldn't get them out while trying to clean. Just tiny. He would pack a bowl full of the crap and it would snap, crackle, pop.
Yeah I know. That could go either way.
But I don't like smoking seeds. It gives me a headache.
So I am hoping that didn't happen yet, but I do believe I missed some flowers and it did spatter.
It's the last one so I will clean up real good and throw out all those seeds.
So far so good. I cut one a week and a half ago when cloudy. That's just the way I like it.
Well I will tell you, It is frickin uppity. Seconds after the puff I could just tell. You know that feeling?
I remodel our old house all day while my beautiful wife works hard at job she loves.
So I need a weed that not only can I operate power tools, I must WANT to operate power tools.
