Weird growth

What lights are you running and your environment look like? Looks like too hot mixed with light stress.

Yeah the set up I currently got this plant running in is not standard but it's in an 45l/12gal living soil bed with 9 other plants. I don't ph anything, my water sits for atleast 2 days before I use it on the plants. Lights are a diy bridgelux strip rig, only have the lights on at the lowest power 50% (max whites could run 150w) and it's 24 inches away from the tops of my plants. Temps are around 24c-28c, leaf temps are around 21c-24c and RH is around 60-80. I have another bed in the same tent with no issues like this plant.

Your growing those 9 plants in that small container until the end?

Yeah I plan on vegging them only for a month then flipping to flower. Havnt had any issues yet, but I knew going into living/notill organics that I would need bigger containers but my grow area is space limited so I opted for the totes, poked holes into them and lined them with lawn fabric. The soil does work though, I see many beneficial mites, have worms and plan on maintaining them. In this tent I recently added the clover/cover crops so the top soil wouldnt get dry so often.

Follow up: I'm pretty sure this growth happened because of the amount of soil mites in the garden. The plant is not showing any of these signs anymore but the large amount of mite colonies in the totes would stay at the bottom of the plant stems. I'm planning connecting the totes to work as one bed.
