Made an online order at a trulieve. When I went to pick it up they said our system shows you picked up the order earlier today. I said impossible as I work all day. I said they must be a mistake. They looked on their computer and found two orders. The one that was picked up wasn't mine. The order I made was not picked up. They said the straightened it out.
I asked them to use my 500 points discount. They said I didn't have enough points. I thought that was weird but left trulieve confused anyway. After I got home I remembered My last visit the employee said you have 549 points here. Do you want to use them? I said no I will wait for next time.
I checked my script and everything looks good. Just so confused on how they let somebody use my name and discount without my card or script. Does anyone here know what the hell is going on here?
