Weird High everytime I smoke...?

hmmmm, this has become quite an interesting topic......i never imagined their would be so many people who have/had this problem. i always assumed my cousin just fried his brain after that bad trip of his and thats why he got like this but this throws that all out the window.....now we gotta find out if their is some connecting factor or something between you guys.

Yea I agree with you Rosslyn about people being too quick to prescribe meds for stuff like anxiety. I guess people would rather have to quick fix by popping a miracle pill than really finding the problem. Thanks for all of yalls thoughts and suggestions. Next time I smoke with my friends, I am just going to try to keep a clear head and avoid any bad thoughts, and concentrate on how great I feel, keeping in mind the like you said, pothead are the most chill people around.

i think maybe your all lacking self confidence and you get very self concious and start to worry and it just snowballs from there. and you end up feeling stupid and freaking out for no reason cuz you judge yourselves far too harshly

You could very easily be dead on...It is just I dont lack self confidence at all when Im not high. Like all of the sudden the weed gives me this looming self conciousness. Once the high goes away, so does the uncomfort. I keep telling myself that if the weed is whats causing it, then I should quit smoking. But hopefully I can get over it and enjoy pot like I used to.

ive never had it happen to me even back when i'd get panic/anxiety attacks. bud has always made me more social and i love talking to people even when im not high lol

When I get high, I am reallll big on music. I love to listen to music when I am high. Ill be in a group and get caught thinking about how awesome the song in the background is, then I snap outta it after a minute or two.

Ha yea well I mean if Im just sitting there relaxing just listening to music, then I feel awesome, and get really lost in the song. That is sometimes my problem I think, when i get too lost in the song and go into a daze ahha

BTW What I consider good tunes is stuff like Dave Matthews, and some good rap every now and then, with a little Widespread Panic mixed in. Definitely like classic rock, like Allman Brothers, Some good Lynyrd Skynyrd, Eagles, even some old Grateful Dead every now and then. To be honest I am not that picky about my music, as long as it isnt that mainstream punk music that doesnt require true talent that all these middle schoolers are listening to these days. What do you usually listen to?

Thinkin too much is bad. That is true, i clear my mind and become one with the universe.
That takes some practice but it is worth it.

I generally listen to Kottonmouth Kings with a bit of Insane Clown Posse mixed it. I guess it primarily depends on your taste and the tastes of the people you're with.

Yea like I said after I edited it, Im really not that picky about the music I listen to, as long as it is easy listening you know? And I have heard Kottonmouth Kings in a friends car and from what I heard they were ok but I just havent downloaded any yet.

when i smoke i have to listen to different music with different strains like if i listen to eminem or xzibit or most rap i like something euphoric or cerebral because with heavy indicas i find that i get depresed with the lyrics of most rap so i listen to bob marley with most indicas and rap with sativas.i get anxiety alot when high and when not high but i find music really helps me but it has to be the correct music.
