Weird leaf problems...also...

Seems like they wont get any taller...they just get bushier and thicker. Thats about it.

Those pictures look a lot like you have a leaf miner problem... insect infestation. Google "leaf miner" and check out the photos of other plants exhibiting the same symptoms.
 
Yes, leafminers without question but Neem oil will only be effective if applied to the soil as a systemic insecticide as a "drench". Results may be somewhat slower than other pesticides and the damage on existing leaves will not recover. Since this appears to be a outdoor grow, I would suggest application of the immediate surrounding area (approx. 4' on the perimeter) with either Sevin (carbaryl) or Merit (imidicloparid). You might also consider simply picking off the damaged leaves and destroying them as leafminers tend to have a short life span and are unlikely to spawn a new generation this season.
 
The problem of using any insecticide for this problem is that the insects you are hoping to destroy are not on the outside surfaces of the plant, but are feeding/mining in the soft non-cellulose portions of the leaves, where the plant's vascular system is located. Surface insecticides will not kill the bugs, this is why treating the soil is recommended. Normally, this would not be a problem for most vegetative plants, but I suspect that plant uptake of insecticide (which is what is needed to kill the bugs) may be harmful to the person consuming the weed, since the insecticide will very likely also be within the cannabis buds. Use of organic insecticide (see wikipedia entry on leaf miners) might be a bit safer, but I'm not sure how long it will remain within the plant... will it still be there at harvest? I don't know.
 
Ok....Im willing to fix this problem at any expense. Do I get an insecticide? or scrap the plants and start over with a safe perimeter of bug free zone? If I should get an insecticide, which brand and how do I give it to the plant...also...I would not want that insecticide to be present in my bud :sad:
 
Most Neem oil products are pretty reliable. The nice thing about Neem is that it's a natural substance that doesn't really harm the plant in light doses. As long as you avoid spraying the plant within 2-3 weeks of of harvest, it should be safe.
 
Also don't feed your plants any fertilizers 2 weeks prior to harvest. I ran across some bud that was fertilized up until harvesting and it tasted funny.
 
K well i put 2 table spoons into 1 gallon of water, and got all the leaves wet on top and underneath. then i spread the 1 gallon amongst the 2 plants evenly. Lets see what happens. And they are no where near harvesting so that should not be a problem. Thanks guys.

BTW I used Green Light Fruit Spray from Lowe's with 70% neem oil.
 
Let me know how that works out man, and good luck with your grow. I may even have to get some neem oil myself or some other sort of bug excavating potion.
