weird marks on leaf

hi
just wondering if anyone may have seen these marks on seedling leaves? these kaya gold seedlings are about 2 weeks old and from no where these weird marks appear. ive added a photo.


has anyone seen this before or have any idea what it is? i havent grown for awhile so fairly paranoid

Seedlings often have odd discoloration within the youngest leaves , but this as you said appeared out of nowhere and it indicates Insect Damage .. I would have to guess that you have had a thrip attack ! But then again these markings may have not been so predominant beforehand .. Hard to tell from the photos ..

hey thanks for your reply! its funny after i read your post i went out and looked again and there was a a couple of single strands of web hanging from something. i got the rid of the web and well lol i dont know if i was tripping but i could swear there was a tiny white bug thing on the leaf for an instance, and then it jumped away. i could be tripping lol. but there marks seem to be slowly clearing up.

thanks again for the tip. i read one of descriptive journals before posting but was still a bit confused cause theres so many possibilities. for a novice anything helps haha
