This can be genetic too, there are certain strains that are known to have these twisted leaves. Though it does appear you've got some deficiencies going on.

Look into, Cobs,QBs (Quantum boards) and strip builds. Any of these options will suffice for your space and situation. You can chase spectrum,efficiency,efficacy etc...to your hearts desire.it doesn't matter to me if its easy sure
