Weird purple dots, purple/brown on crowns

Hey everyone. This here is my hermie plant mutant. It just wont die even when I hack it all the way down, so I reveg it and use it for experimental purposes. Don't worry about the tops, that is on purpose and is not my problem today. So, a few days ago I noticed some weird tiny purple dots on her leaves, and over the last couple days it has spread to other leaves, and the crowns of some of the colas are turning a purply brown color. This is not bugs, been there done that and I am not dealing with critters here. This is the third time flowering this plant and I've never seen a purple trait in it before and I've not had anything like this happen. I know there are some deficiencies going on, its huge and I just can't seem to feed it enough. But I can't figure out these spots. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is it related to a deficiency/toxicity or is my gut right about it being some kind of disease?

Bagseed
4.5 weeks flowering
soilless
I'm using GH 3 part nutes
ph is 6.0
temps 72 - 75
light 600w hps
humidity is 40%

The leaves look like the pH is off. What type of soilless grow have you got there? The "spots" look very much like Magnesium deficiency.

nah man.... mag def is going to cause yellow/brown spots.

what your dealing with, is a phosphorus def....... necrotic spotting is what the symptom is called ;)

cal-mag will help with the veins, but phosphorus is kind of tricky to get into a mature plant... it has to be absorbed thru the soil... superphosphate is a pretty common additive, so if your repotting, add some to the mix and you may be able to save the he/she

bongsmilie

ps- another option:

switch to the lucas formula... i just noticed you said soilless

micro nutes man.... u need more of em ;)

This is a good image of what Magnesium deficiency typically looks like. Similar examples can be found in Google images. The damage caused by Mg def. usually appears between the leaf veins with a rough, brownish appearance

Well, its really truly purple dots on the leaves, the colas have a little brown to them but not the dots. Im not sure why it would be mag, I use epsom salts almost every watering, maybe a ph lockout? I tested the runoff and it was 6.2. I grow in my own mix, similar to promix.
