Weird rust leafs dont think its fungus

Hey everyone. This started happening on two plants the other day. I dont think its a fungus because it has not spread to other plants. I maybe very wrong idk.

But shes in veg mode. Grown in sunshine mix #4 getting remo nutes.
She is watered once a week.

Anything i should do to fix her?

yep, double check your nutrient feeding program

Just ph water for now. Until she clears up. Don't over water
