Weird situation with top half maturing early. Help?

White widow photo-period feminized, was given to me in week 8 of flowering. Previous owner told me it would be another week before harvest but the buds weren't ready in the slightest so i've had her on a 12/12 under 1200W LED. Previous owner was flushing, but I immediately started feeding her again on the 'Ripen' nute ratio (Growweedeasy information w/ General trio nutes) since June 28. She totally fattened up and the top 16 inches or so are ready for harvest (Determined by digital microscope, 40% amber trichs) but there are still small buds and new flowers appearing at the bottom that could use more time. It was not trained, was allowed to grow tall and natural, with one main cola which is ready to go but there are 6 or 7 other colas that could use another week or so for trichs to cloud up and some budlets. I have low watt grow LED bulbs I plan on putting on the lower colas ASAP, (need a few more outlets) if half harvest is even possible.

How do I go about harvesting the mature buds without flushing? Or should I flush, harvest, and put back on nutes to mature the rest of them? Or simply harvest the whole plant and be happy with what is produces since I wasn't the person who raised it? (I'm doing so much better on my Blue dream seedling, already manifolding) Have not found this specific information here yet, but I'm using it as a learning experience with a bonus of maybe two ounces total yield from what its looking like. Only allowed one plant per person, so just the WW and BD :)

One more issue... i've noticed orange eggs and tiny white flies on it, very miniscule amount not an infestation or anything but not sure how to treat a plant so close to harvest. I've put a fly strip in the area and removed leaves with any on it while also pruning so buds get more light anyways since Previous owner hadn't done any of that either, it was his first time as this is mine too.

Any and all advice appreciated!

Alot of white widow grows going on right now...was there a sale on seeds or something haha.

Let's see a few full pics of the plant. Yes you can harvest in stages, but nobody here can say with any certainty until we see the plant. You can and should feed all the way to harvest, even at reduced amounts...no sense in starving your plant right at the end when it is trying to finish.

Also, what kind of light do you have? Is it an actual 1200w or is it a 1200w "equavelent"

For my electric bills sake, I hope equivalent. Included a photo of the bulbs tag as well. Shitty setup but its gotten me this far! She would NOT fit in my tent at 4'11" tall. I know its not a great looking plant but it was someone's first grow and given to me late and went through some stuff lol.

Also, the light was given to me with the plant, unsure exactly what it is. Just a cheap knock-off i'm assuming.

I found this, not very helpful...but by the stretched look of the plant, it is a weak light that was kept too far from the plant for the duration. Try 12-15in from the top and see how it responds.

No big deal...just keep doing what you're doing and check back with new pics in 3 weeks. Plant looks healthy! Lots of white hairs on that cola, you have plenty of time for it to mature. White Widow can run a long time. The few I have done have taken a minimum of 14 weeks. I will be starting 2 more next run actually. My jar WW jar is down to aost nothing.

For the orange eggs...I've not experienced that but I know I did see a horrendous thread where someone posted up some orange egg covered leafs...let me see if I can find it and link it here so you can work on that too.

*Edit - found the thread but I was wrong, not orange eggs but orange bugs. Aphids seems to be the consensus. Good luck
