Weird spots occuring after a flush

I flushed almost all of my plants with Clearex and some Reversis Osmosis water, 15 gallons approx. through each of them. Most of them seem to be doing alright, but I'm having a new problem where my leaves are getting spots of no leaf tissue on the bottom side of the leaf, it looks as if a something just sucked it away, but I have no pests other than a small spider mite problem, but this looks nothing like spider mite damage.
After the flush I let the soil on the plants get fairly dried out before applying an extra small dose of FoxFarm bloom. I havent applied any other water or fert to the plants since then, in hopes that letting the soil dry out might help. Any advice is appreciated.
I've attached 2 pictures.
Thanks!

That looks like P deff, but I'm not totally sure, go check some of the sticky's in plant problems, I can't really tell by your pics, but it looks like bluish spots?
That's usually a P deff

the spots are clear, the cell membrane on the bottom half of the leaf is what is disappearing, not any kind of coloration to it

i did a flush about 3 weeks ago and the same exact thing happened to me. the leaf is very brittle and the spots are almost like tiny leaf rust spots, i couldnt match it with any pics on the internet of other sick plants and plants with nutrient deficiencies but after 3 days they went away and i havent had them since

i think it might be humidity! when u flush you add alot of water volume to your room.. if u dont have the correct intake/exaust the humidity might rise like a bastard, especially when the lights off.. it happened to me too.. im in week 5 flower.. and it happened on the spiked leaves protruding from the bud. i flushed and let 50% run off. and it appeared. i noticed the air was full of moisture.. hard to breathe.. but they are getting better after i fixed the humidity. but good luck buddy.

I flushed my plants outside of my grow room. the humidity in the grow room is about 60% at all times, I have a dehumidifier when it gets above that
