Weird spots on my plant

What do you mean?
Peppers, tomatoes weed... all love calcium and magnesium to grow. 1st signs of difficiency of these are lower leaf spots or dead patches. I use fox farms forever now. It lacks these and is needed to add. FF also will buffer your water for the most part , so perfect ph range or small flux will have no hindering on your plant

I'm using foxfarm ocean forest soil

FFOF should buffer your water for you, so being at 7-7.5 should be okay till you can get some ph solution

Update this weird spot got worst on the leafs does anyone know what this is or what to do?
I think its White powdery mildew. How do I fix this, the plant is outdoor and its 85 degrease outside.

Yea its def a leaf miner, you can tell from the black line inside the discoloration. I am unsure how to protect against them. Id do some research.

I wouldn't. lol. Look on the undersides of the leaves for larvae and squish them. but no don't tear the leaf off.

I wouldn't, It doesn't look too bad. if you see it develop worse then I would think about it.
