weirdest thing/worms

I had bud worms burrowing into the main stem near the tops of buds and, to what it looks like, it seemed if they were perhaps gaining a drink and laying these brownish eggs about creating a type of moldy situation where the buds were falling off prematurely....very frustrating. Any suggestions?

might want to give some specifics, indoor or outdoor would be a start? I would assume outdoor, but anything is possible. A pic would help too

I had those same things! I pretty much determined that I had spedermites, but I had those too! Didnt notice them till manicuring and didnt take a pic, but I know wxactly what your talking about.
