I did say a fresh pistol on a seed plant in week 2-3 can go brown red due to damage. But im fairly certain wen you have a certain number of calyxs that look like they have seed and every single one of those and only those calyxs have a pistol coming out of it that shows signs of polination and is withered and red brown , then i would look at it as a good sign their pollinated. And i would look at it as the chances of every single calyx that is swollen like that and only those to have a damaged pistol on the plant are probably not very realistick as dammaged pistols will be in certain areas unless if caused by virus or pest. Its just one of the tools you can use to read the plant. Im in no way saying use these certaing visual signs to then pull your plant apart. All it is is knowledge you can use in your arsnal when growing these plants. And its not really something you should ignore thinking its some bro science as all of the signs i am saying are scientific signs of a biological process and you can easily look it up and profesional botologists would also use similar signs ( the exact same if growing this plant) to tell if pistols are polinated.
There is more than one old calyx with a seed. From what i can see is soon as the plant showed pistols those first few pistols on the plant got polinated. Looks like the polen donor only was around a day or two as the pistol and growth after that looks fine. There could be some issues with bannans due to all the stress to look out for on that plant but the pollen donor that got those pistols at the time of the picture you can see from the rest of the growth got removed quickly. You can tell all that from using certain tools just from the pic at that time.
