Americans are obese because of the poisons being put into processed foods.

Eat organic and read every label. Drink water, coffee and tea. No sodas. Nothing with High Fructose Corn Syrup or hydrogenated fats. Nothing with Aspertame either. Sweeten with honey or Maple syrup. Use soy or rice milk instead of animal milk. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, nuts, nut buttters and oily fish. Stay off of red meat. Have lots of sex.

Other then the sex part, you call that living? I'm famous for my jail house breakfast; 1 pound of bancon, 6 scrambled eggs cooked in the bacon grease topped with 4 pieces of american cheese, finished off with a cigarette.

Not just obesity.. but degenerative diseases are also largely because of our over processed chemical laden food supply..

Anyone who argues with that hasn't done the research. LOL. Organics all the way, I'm sick of people telling me they can't afford to, geez, after doing all the research you can't afford NOT to.. (we are not well off by any means either, our family of 3 is only spending 50 bucks a week on all organic foods, just have to do major meal planning, hunting for deals, and cooking. LOL)

No coffee here though, lots of tea. And we're just a dairy family, cut down a lot, but not completely. There is some alarming studies out there on soy though, so we stay clear of that for the most part.

Great suggestions there though for sure.
