So a thunder storm just came threw northern nevada and destroyed my 6 legal plants. So fucked. Rip 6 Turkish delights in 45 gallon smart pots. I have nevrr seen anytbung kike this in my life. 100+ mph winds hail then rain. My plants were caged so.they didnt break. But thw hail destroyed every single leaf. 50 % blew away. The other hald and destroyed. I think thwy will live but yeild 10% of what i was hoping for. :_
Plan for thunderstorms guys have a game plan. I wish i would have

Sorry the loss of your crop man. This is one of the things I fear the most. I haven't even came up with a plan yet myself but hearing your story makes me want to get that into action. I need to think of something but I don't know what I can even do since a greenhouse is unfortunately out of the question.

Were you out by Fernley? Just wondering, I live in Dayton and had some rain but no wind. I just grow flowers and lawn grass this time of year. I have too many bugs and close neighbors to grow outside. Spider mites and aphids run amok here.
