that's not unbelievable, it's only 4 plants with a 4 oz a piece. that's not impossible with a 400w, no need to call him a liar. With good reflection, good air cooled lights to get as close to the plants as possible, and sure it's possible. With or without carbon dioxide.

The dude in your avatar could get that with his eyes closed. With the right strain. Not hard to believe. I've pulled 1000+g's from 1000w many times, from many different strains

And there it is.

It never gets old.

I use 4ml during seedling per litre.

2ml during veg per litre.

0.5ml during flower per litre.

Its not quite a litre used during a grow.

I use AN's basic 3-part system for hydro. Great grow with healthy plants, not expensive on Amazon. My natural ppms are low, so I also add a splash of cal/mag.

That's it. No other supplements. And I keep my ppms at 600 now, with no fall off in yield. That saves a ton of money. :) I probably use 1/3 of a liter of each of the 3 parts per grow, maybe a little less.

That clocks in at about $10-$12 in nutes per grow for two plants.

From my experiences the only three brands i will never use again is foxfarm, dutch pro and advanced nutrients. .

All those pics above i barely even fed i might flush, flush, flush then feed and they are extremely healthy unfortunately it took me 10 years to figure that out.. I think the most important aspect is genetics then water quality

Oh yeah in soil Dolomite lime is probably one of the most overlooked soil additives. I always had calcium deficiencies. Now that i use Dolomite lime i have the healthiest plants ive ever grown

A good crab meal is great for that too, not to mention the extra nutes it has.
I have a box of greensand, crab meal, and dolomite lime, and those three work great, course you gotta go LIGHT on them, but the mix is good for the plants, or at least in my head it is.

I wanted to reply to you, but was only an "active member." Seems like I became "well-known" in the past 24 hours. Woo-hoo!

Anyway, I'd like to throw Grow More Sea Grow into the ring.[1] It's much less expensive than the more exotic cannabis nutes. I'm getting results that are just as good as when I used GH Flora 3-part. GH Flora is ph buffered, so it's easier to use which is definitely a consideration for new growers. But, for what I spent growing one plant, I've got enough Sea Grow to last about 2 years. More exotic nutes may produce better results. But, for this price point, I'm definitely happy.

Very inexpensive to try 1lb jars ($15 for All-purpose, flower and Hawaiin Bloom). I'd like to see someone with experience with higher end nutes compare it.

it sounds like you're wanting to try different nutes now, on your current grow. prob. not a good idea. i've used a lot of diff. nutes, but have settled on h&g. i do use pure blend in most of veg. then i switch to h&g, i grow in coco. i don't use the whole line, but a few. i stopped using canna's coco line, when i found out they started diluting it, years ago. i wouldn't use advanced, too pricey for me. there's a lot of stuff out there that works just fine, and reasonably priced...
