I figured I'd try out the dispensary near me on the first day it's legal in Mo... I ddn't make it past the screening room, they wanted to scan my ID, and that's not cool for me.

I don't want it documented with the state that I "shop" for marijuana. I don't have to scan my ID for alcohol in Mo, and the only time I've bought legal pot was in Colorado and the dispensaries there just visually looked at the ID, not logging it into a network.


What I do is none of the gov's fucking business and I'm not willingly putting myself on a list.

That is the way MA is.
Kind of a bummer, but i am not able to imagine a scenario where it effects my life negatively.

I sure don't trust the government, and if they didn't value the info they wouldn't be collecting it.







Not going on a list for buying tomatoes, corn or weed. It all grows fine in my yard. They can fuck someone else for the revenue.

That’s how I felt for a second when I first bought at a dispensary in MA. Then it didn’t worry me. It’s legal after all. And I charged the weed on my credit card. Then a little later charged a bunch of grow equipment. There’s a good paper trail if they want to bust me for following the law.

Ask the people that bought bumpstocks legally, and were turned into felons with the stroke of a pen.

I imagine it’s really all about the dispensaries protecting themselves. They seem pretty paranoid at some of the places and I’m sure it’s all state regs meant to prevent underage sales, etc. Paranoia is a hard habit to break.

You're not wrong but I really don't think anyone cares anymore. On the bright side regardless of where you get your stash you're now legal. would guess that that law will loosen up at some point in the not too distant future.

And since my grow was all fucked up due to moving I'm going to get an out of state temp med card in OKC and stock up when I'm there next month.

Shit's super down cheap there.

No doubt but paper trails is paper trails when the boss is looking for them
