That's very hard water, one option is RO water, or a mix of RO and tap. I've been known to use dehumidifier or furnace condensate.

@Larry3215 wasn't planing on using 4 on the plants. Was thinking it would help buffer. Didn't realize i would be fighting the minerals buffering the other way but makes sense.

For aeration I have 2 pumps one turns on 5 min befor and recirculates.

A rep from jacks got back to be recommended thier tap line. Ill have to do the calcs and see if I like it or not. They also mentioned the sodium and chloride levels so something else to think about.

I wish I could get the ph stable I would just run it and see if I ran into problems down the line. They would be known upfront and easy to deal with. Maybe I'll get a ro and run 50/50 or a ratio works. Maybe setup ph dosing.

Water from a softener contains sodium and shouldn't be used for plants, unless it's RO filtered.
Water softeners replace the mineral ions with sodium ions, it's known as ion exchange.

I do stand corrected. I was misinterpreting what I had read. Im not seeing any adverse affects though from it.
