Well water vs RO

ceramic metal halide, never seen one, read about them. Sounds nice.
I'm using spider farmer leds so I haven't used the big boy lights ever.
 
In regards to the holding tank. I would think I would want to keep the water moving correct so not to get stagnant? Would UV light be worth it or chlorine?
 
Not sure if you need to circulate the water in your holding tank or not but I don't think I'd add chlorine to RO water.
 
At least put a bubble stone in the holding tank to circulate and aerate the water. Take the time to adujust Ph and after a day, adjust nutes to suit.
