West+ advanced compost...

Been having real bad issues with the compost i was using, and went to the local gardening store today to source out some more compost..
They carry some stuf by Westlands, called West+ Advanced.

Been reading up on it on the web, and it seems it gets varied reports from the Bud growing community.

I got me a bag of it just so its on hand if i need it.
Its a very light airy 70+% peat, with a bunch of shredded bark n stuff in it, cant remember the exact contents..Just PH tested a sample and its 6.7-6.8..
It looks like real nice soil, and i imagine its make up would be good for getting good rooting systems.

Any of you guys familiar with this stuff??
I need to change Composts asap, and dont wanna fry my ECSD if this is too hot of a medium for them.

I might give it a whirl.. the stuff i'm using at the moment wont hold its ph and has fucked up a bunch of plants..and i'm in dire straits cuz i REALLY dont want the ecsd to die.

Screw it ima try it out...

surely it cant mess the plants up any worse than theyve already got.

Well they havent croaked yet, and they dont seem to be any worse..

What Did You End Up Getting In That Lowrider2 ?weight? How Does It Taste ? What Type Of Soil And Light?

The one you mean, i got just around 2.6 ounces wet...
But it'll lose 70% of its weight by the time its dried n cured properly.
I've tried some of it, even tho its is only half way thru curing..And it tastes/smells quite fruity, and not too pungent.
It smokes pretty smooth, and is a nice delicate high..
I harvest at 3 points trichs mostly clear/some cloudy-all cloudy- 70%+ amber to get the most from the plant and a variety of highs.
The up high from the (clear to cloudy trichs) is nice and uplifting,very sociable but somewhat short lived (approx hour)
The head and body high from the (cloudy trichs) is quite impressive even now, great chill weed, with enjoyable body hit(1.5hr)
and the high from the (amber trichs) is quite subtle and enjoyable, then instant couchlock..(1.5-2hrs)

Its not really intense, i just enjoy growing LR2 cuz its a nice smoke that wont knock your ass out.

well folks the plants have perked up alot, and my new sprouts seem to like it too.
