My brother if you just flipped you should probably cut the plant in half or at least 30% of its height if you can't manage to reduced by that much with a scrog. Remeber than the moment you start flowering on average plants double in height, looks like your groving a sativa dominat hybrid maybe 65%35%? so its very safe to assume it will double its size. This is perfect timing to cut 33% of it, this stress will reduce the stretching since it will take her 2-3 days to recover so that might save you from having to chop 50% of it

Aye these are definitely lanky ladies and they are F2 ?/? from a 50/50 - they really did double in height after the flip. Some of the colas began growing past the lights! The tips directly under burnt the day after a res change and that photo. Cut 10%, but things are still burning - your 30% advice looks great
For speed, my goal is not to scrog but to grow multiple smaller plants with a few colas each. I need to leave A LOT more room up top next time if I'm not topping sativas.

You can tie it down . You dont have to cut it. If you tie some flexible soft sting near the top then pull the other end of the string and tie it lower down somewer it should bend the plant some and lower its overall hight.
